Using the Clipboard Ring Since it's invisible, many Visual Studio® .NET 2003 users don't realize that the Clipboard Ring stores the last twenty items that were placed on the clipboard. It's easy to use, too. When pasting, simply use Shift-Ctrl-V instead of Ctrl-V. Then, with the newly inserted text still highlighted, press Shift-Ctrl-V again to get the next set of text in the Clipboard Ring. Continue pressing Shift-Ctrl-V until you see the selection you want. Then return to normal editing.
