We are a group of New Orleans Area professionals and hobbyists who are interested in development on the Microsoft .NET platform.

Our meetings are free and usually occur 6:00 pm on the second Tuesday of the month at the New Horizons offices in Metairie, LA and we provide free food and drink.

GNODNUG is a member of the International .NET Association (INETA) http://www.ineta.org. INETA provides structured, peer-based organizational, educational, and promotional support to the growing worldwide community of Microsoft® .NET user groups.

GNONUG was founded in September 2001 by Manuel Dennis and the Visual Basic Learners Group to create a community for .NET programmers on in the Greater New Orleans area. Currently there are 99 members and 24 active members.
